1. ABOUT THIS POLICY

This Cookie Policy explains how Dragon City (“we”, “us” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on dragoncitybham.co.uk.

Cookies are small files or pieces of information stored on or accessed from your device. Similar technologies may include pixels, local storage and software development tools. They help websites work, remember choices, measure use and, where you agree, support analytics or marketing.

2. WHO WE ARE

3. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE

Strictly necessary cookies are required for core services such as security, fraud prevention, network management, accessibility, remembering your basket, processing checkout, maintaining a signed-in session and recording your cookie choices. They cannot normally be switched off through our consent tool because the website may not work without them.

Functional cookies remember choices and provide enhanced features, such as language, display or location preferences. If these cookies are not enabled, some features may not work as expected.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, which pages are useful and whether errors occur. We use this information to improve the ordering experience. We use non-essential analytics cookies only when the required consent has been given.

Marketing cookies may be used to measure campaigns, limit repeated advertising or help show relevant content on this or another service. We use non-essential marketing cookies only when the required consent has been given.

4. PROVIDERS

Our website is hosted on Wix.com and uses Wix services for online ordering, baskets, checkout, member accounts, loyalty, referrals, gift cards and contact forms. Wix and its service providers may place strictly necessary cookies and, depending on our settings and your choices, functional, analytics or marketing cookies.

Other providers may set or access cookies when you use their features. These may include our payment provider, Google Maps, social-media services and embedded content. Those providers control their own cookies and explain them in their own privacy or cookie notices.

The exact cookies, providers, purposes and durations can change when Wix or another service updates its technology. The current cookie settings panel should be treated as the most up-to-date list available on the website. We will review this policy when we materially change our services.

5. YOUR CHOICES

When consent is required, non-essential cookies should not be placed before you choose to accept them. You should be offered a clear way to accept or reject non-essential cookies and to choose categories where available.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings control on the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Your browser may also allow you to block or delete cookies, but blocking strictly necessary cookies can stop baskets, accounts or checkout from working.

6. HOW LONG COOKIES LAST

Session cookies are removed when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until their stated expiry date or until you delete them. Durations vary according to purpose and provider. Please check the website’s current cookie settings for the duration of individual cookies.

7. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Some cookies and similar technologies involve personal information, such as an IP address, device identifier or usage data. Please read our Privacy Policy for details of the lawful bases, sharing, retention, international transfers and your rights.

8. CHANGES AND CONTACT

We may update this policy when our website, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and review date will appear here.
